Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time:

Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, your package will be dropped off at the post office.

Shipping Time:

After processing, shipping times vary:

US Orders: Average 3-5 business days.
International Orders: Average 14 business days.

 

Total Receiving Time:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Receiving Time.

We’ll send you updates and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

 

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, please contact us so we can open a carrier investigation for the original shipment. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will send one replacement shipment as a courtesy. Replacement shipments are limited to one replacement per order.

 

Replacement Shipments

If a replacement shipment is issued, it is considered the final resolution for that order. Rooted ’N Essence is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues involving replacement shipments.

 

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. If tracking shows delivered, customers must first check around the delivery location, with neighbors, household members, or contact their local post office. Rooted ’N Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

 

Shipping Protection

Rooted ’N Essence offers optional shipping protection through Route at checkout. Customers who purchase Route protection must file claims directly with Route for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers who decline shipping protection assume responsibility for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept refunds.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel it. Cancellation requests after this timeframe will be denied.

 

Product Safety

Our products are for external use only. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation persists, consult your physician. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
