How long is processing?

Processing time is currently 3-5 business days (we do not work on weekends and holidays) + the USPS shipping time after the package has been dropped off. I will be sure to send updates and tracking with your order.  

How long is receiving time?

Processing Time + Shipping Time= Receiving Time which averages 7 business days for US orders. International Shipping averages 14 business days.

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If this situation ever occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information. Rooted N Essence is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders with love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds due to the sanitary aspect of our product. If item is damaged during shipping you must contact us with proof of damage within 24 hours for a product replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 12 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 12 hours will be denied.

WARNING: Our products are for external use only and as directed. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult your physician if irritation persists. We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions.
