What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds due to the nature of our products, please contact us if there is an issue with your order so we can quickly come to a resolution.

My order was sent back to you, what now?

If your order was sent back to us due to negligence on your behalf (ie wrong address, or failure to accept package), you must repay for shipping in order for your package to be resent. If you choose not to pay, then you will receive a refund excluding shipping cost and a restocking fee of $10 per order will be deducted from your return.

 

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hrs will be denied due to us working to fulfill your order immediately. 

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If this situation ever occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information. Rooted N Essence is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders with love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES. If your package is lost during transit, then please contact your local post office and they will open an investigation for you! If packages are damaged, you have 24 hrs from time of delivery to contact our customer support with photos of proof to receive a replacement IF you did not purchase insurance. If insurance was purchased, you will be advised to contact your local post office to be refunded.

WE HIGHlY ADVISE YOU PURCHASE THE SHIPPING RATE WITH INSURANCE INCLUDED AS IT WILL GUARANTEE YOU A REFUND FROM THE POST OFFICE IF ANYTHING IS TO HAPPEN TO YOUR ORDER.
